Conditions d'utilisation

Translation provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
Object
These conditions govern the use of the marius.qd.je site, the demo pages, the customer area and the Marius assistant, on this site as well as on the sites of client companies. Using any of these services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
A company's subscription to the service (price, duration, termination) is governed by the accepted quote and the general conditions of sale.
The Assistant Marius
Marius is a conversational assistant based on artificial intelligence: you are talking to an AI, and not to a person. It responds based on information published or provided by the company whose site you are visiting, and cites its sources.
- Their answers are given for information purposes only and may contain errors. For decisive information (prices, times, conditions, reservation), check it with the company: the assistant will tell you how to contact them.
- It does not replace professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
- Do not write sensitive data there: health, banking details, passwords.
- He only answers questions that concern the company; he refuses the other requests.
Demonstrations
A demonstration shows Marius capturing a company's site, from its public pages, to present the service. It does not commit this company, is only accessible via a non-guessable link and is not referenced by search engines. The capture links are not active.
The company concerned may request the withdrawal of its demonstration at any time from bonjour@marius.qd.je : it is deleted within 7 days.
Customer area
- The space is reserved for corporate clients and the Marius team. Access is by invitation, via a personal connection link sent by email and valid for one hour.
- An account corresponds to a person: do not transmit your connection links. The company account owner manages their team (invitations, roles, withdrawals).
- The information that the company adds itself (added responses, fallback contact, welcome texts) is published under its responsibility. Each addition is traced: author, date and text.
- Each member can delete their account from the space (My account).
- Once the company site is live, the account owner can create API keys and webhooks to link the space to other tools, depending on the documentation. Keys are kept like passwords; Marius can suspend one in the event of abuse or security risk.
Prohibited uses
It is prohibited to:
- seek to distract the assistant from his role, make him reveal his instructions or circumvent his safeguards;
- send messages in bulk or automatically, or extract content from the service, outside the API provided for this purpose and its limits;
- attempt to access another company's space, data or conversations;
- use the service for illegal, offensive or misleading content or activity.
In the event of abuse, access may be limited or suspended, without prejudice to other remedies.
Availability
The service is accessible continuously, except for maintenance, breakdown of a service provider or force majeure. The publisher is bound by an obligation of means. The number of conversations is limited by each company's plan; beyond that, the assistant may be unavailable until the following month.
Intellectual property
The site, the software, the widget, the name "Marius" and its character belong to the publisher. The content of each client company remains its property; it grants the publisher the right to use them to provide the service, during its duration.
Responsibility
The publisher cannot be held responsible for a decision taken solely on the basis of a response from the assistant, nor for inaccurate or outdated information published or provided by the client company, which remains responsible for its content. The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Modifications and applicable law
These conditions may change; the current version is the one published on this page, with its update date. They are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought as a priority; failing this, the competent courts are those of Nantes, subject to the rules applicable to consumers.
